"Foiling"

Foiling
My friend works in an office where one of the services they offer along with printing and copying is Foiling. Foiling is quite a large part of the business and she is very busy day in day out. Lots of businesses use the company for printing, Foiling and copying and therefore she says she never has a minute to spare. My friend is responsible for managing the staff and she has to make sure that everyone is working to maximum capacity. Sometimes she admits it is a struggle because not everyone is as hardworking and reliable as she is. The other day, someone had called in sick and let the company down in the middle of a big order. Everyone left had to work extra hard in order to keep up and it caused a real problem for the company. My friend could not believe it then when she saw this ?sick` employee in the crowd at Wimbledon! Needless to say, this person got into huge trouble on their return and was given a formal warning. These are the sort of headaches she has to deal with on a daily basis but it does not seem to bother her. She really enjoys her job and seems to be one of those people who thrive on pressure rather than crumble under it.
